Therese has today welcomed the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, published by the NHS and backed by £2.4bn of additional Government funding to create the education and training places required for the future.
From today, thousands of working parents will benefit from a boost to childcare payments, of up to £1,630 a month for two children, helping them return to work if they wish to.
The Chancellor has agreed with lenders a set of commitments to support those who are struggling with their mortgages. So far the Mortgage Charter has been signed by 85% of the UK market. The charter enables:
1. Customers to talk to lenders without impacting their credit scores.
